Full Description

A very good quality 19th Century French gilded ormolu Rococo influenced mantel clock, having wonderful scrolling foliate decoration, the clock face having enamel Roman numerals, an eight day duration movement that strikes on the hour and half hour, above a seated Bacchus putti drinking wine with a tamborin at his feet and a Goat.
