Wonderful hand painted Verni Martin romantic to the centre of the fall, opening to reveal drawers and compartments within and an inset leather writing tablet. A single frieze drawer with a rural scene framed by ormolu mounts and raised on elegant cabriole legs terminating in scrolling ormolu feet.
