Full Description
A very good quality late 19th Century French gilded ormolu and champleve enamel clock set. The matching three brach candelabra with scrolling foliate rococo style decoration and bold colouring enamel.
The clock having a putti seated above holding a flame torch, scrolling foliate and shell mounts, the gilded clock face with roman numerals, an eight day duration movement, strikes on the hour and half hour. The case having these wonderful bold colouring to the enamel and raised on out swept ormolu feet.
