Can we arrange transport within the UK and worldwide shipping?

Yes, we have our own truck travelling all around the UK. We also coordinate with large specialised shipping and packing companies and negotiate the best prices for clients to ship anywhere in the world.

How long does a delivery take?

UK – 2-7 working days
Europe, US and Global – 7-14 days

Will my goods arrive undamaged?

With over 35 years' experience in antiques, we will pack your items at the warehouse to ensure they reach you safely and install them at your chosen location.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) and cash.

Do you restore antiques?

Yes, we have our own team of experienced restorers who bring items to showroom condition: furniture restorers, upholsterers, metal, marble and porcelain restorers and clock repairers.

Can I view the item before buying it?

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm. We can also open during the weekend by appointment.

Do you buy antiques?

Yes, we are always keen to buy privately. Anything on our website is a representation of what we like. If pictures are emailed in we reply very quickly with free valuations and offers.

Do you provide valuations?

What is your return policy?

You can cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods. For more on the returns process and its conditions, please go to our Refunds page.

What is your accreditation?

We are accredited members of LAPADA, the Association of Art and Antiques Dealers.

What is the difference between antique and vintage?

An item is considered antique if it's over 100 years old, although this is now commonly changing to 50 plus years. Items between 10 and 50 years old are called vintage.
