An enchanting late 19th Century French gilded ormolu and marble mantel clock, depicting cherubs playing, one chasing a young girl, the other hiding amongst a wreath and foliage. The enamel clock face with an eight day duration, strikes on the hour and half hour, mounted on a fluted white marble column and raised on a gilded ormolu base with a sea urchin and shell decoration.
