An enchanting 19th Century French, Louis XVI style patinated bronze and gilded ormolu mantel clock, having a cherub with bow above the white enamel clock face, Roman numerals, an eight day duration movement that chimes on the hour and half hour. The elephant carrying the clock on his back and standing on a rocky outcrop with flowers and foliage. Makers name; Thuillier, Paris
